Garbo's Cuban Lover

Garbo's Cuban Lover is a 2001 released stage play. Actress-writer Odalys Nanin wrote the play which celebrates Latin lesbians-like Greta Garbo's dashing lover Mercedes de Acosta. Lydie Denier plays Garbo.  Actress-writer Odalys Nanin celebrates Latin lesbians-like Greta Garbo's dashing lover Mercedes de Acosta. Odalys Nanin, the Cuban-born creator of the MACHA Theatre Company of Los Angeles. The play is still running at the Macha Theatres in Texcas (USA), Madrid (Spain) and California (USA).

In early 2001, actress Denier played Greta in Garbo's Cuban Lover. In 2005, she was asked to appear again as Garbo for the Kevin Brownlow directed TCM docu Garbo.
